Bar Scene Update

BANDUNGLIFE Posted on 14/12/2018 by Andrew07/10/2019

There have been a few changes on the Bar Scene lately. Bonjour ( run by Matt & Daniel) has closed indefinitely. Gary ( from Lucky Shop ) has returned to Australia with no set return date.  And finally Joy’s coffee shop (Ardens)  has been extended and the floor leveled throughout giving a lot more floor space (Photos to follow in a separate article).

Addendum: Bonjour has re-opened with only Matt running the business. The pool however remains closed.

Bonjour

BANDUNGLIFE Posted on 01/07/2018 by Andrew07/05/2022

Daniel & His wife, of the Matt Daniels restaurant have relocated into the former Bonjour ( Just down from food Street ) as well as the restaurant they have also re-opened the  swimming Pool. I have still to receive a full report but I would imagine it is well worth a visit especially if you have children who can make use of the pool. Again if you just want to use the pool I have no idea of the cost . I am waiting on further details but as soon as I have them I will publicise them.

Songkran

BANDUNGLIFE Posted on 13/04/2018 by Andrew07/05/2022

The annual Parade took place as Nornal. I caught the head of the procession at the Traffic Lights &By the time I had walked to Brian’s Bar I was at the tail end – so perhaps a bit shorter than usual.

The festivities lasted an extra day this year because it fell over the weekend. So the Monday was also a Holiday.. Click on the post to watch a short video.
