There has been a purge by the Police on the rising Number of Noisy Motorbikes that have had their bafflers removed or attachments added to make the exessivley loud. On one such occasion the parts were removed and crushed with a warning to the owners that next time the bikes themselves would be confiscated.

In Ban Dung The Police Blocked a load of Motorbikes in the PTT petrol station and read them the riot act. It has now been significantly quieter at night although the odd noisy motorbike has started to appear again
